Purpose

The purpose of all the products.

1. A weight loss journey can only go so fast. The reason why we have developed so many booklets and products is to help you enjoy the journey right from the beginning and put as much in front of you so it makes it impossible to fail. 

2. The only booklet you need to change is 'The Foundation booklet' as this gives you two nutrition plans that our members have used to go from a size 22 to a size 12. We have had members who have lost over 7 stone (98lbs) from this method alone. It also includes mindset activities, exercise methods, and more. People refer to this as their weight-loss bible. 

3. Each booklet and product serves an individual purpose but having them combined is like having the special forces on your side and helping you with your weight loss journey.

4. The Goals booklet is going to help you create goals for the year, and then help you break them into monthly goals and break them down even further and into weekly goals, to help rise to the surface of what you are trying to achieve each week. 

5. The Fit Diary; When people are trying to become fit, they never really know how much fitter they are becoming. The Fit Diary, will test different fitness attributes and show you how much you are improving and in what areas over the year. This is one of the best ways to create contentment towards your journey and to make sure to teach you that you are going in the right direction.

6. The Weight loss self-assessment, will highlight what areas of your weight loss journey are strong and weak and give you a visual representation of where you need to improve.
