The way the accountability tracker works. You will be rewarded with a certain amount of points for any health activity you do within a day or week. For you to be able to feel and see a change, you need to accumulate 310 by the end of the week. Which means it helps turns your health and fitness into a game and will help influence you to do this things you need to do so you can rack up the points to get into the zone you need.
