How to Book A Pay As You Go Session?

2. Pick the class you would like to attend
3. If you don't have an account, it will prompt you to create an account
4. It will ask for payment and you will be booked in

What if I want a membership?
1. Click here and it will take you to a page where you can opt-in for a monthly membership (Including kids memberships)
2. It only costs £40 a month for an adults membership and £35 a month for a kids membership.

Exercise classes we offer

Zone 1 class
These classes are for people who have zero fitness levels but also extra issues like knee problems etc. These sessions are always different and a mix of circuits, HIIT, Tabata, Strength and conditioning, Cardio. You will never know what you are doing until you turn up.

Zone 2 class
These class caters to people with a low (zero) to mid-level of fitness. These sessions are always different and a mix of circuits, HIIT, Tabata, Strength and conditioning, Cardio. You will never know what you are doing until you turn up.

Zone 3 class
These classes are for people with more advance levels of fitness and are the same types of classes as Zone 2 and 3 but at a higher intensity.

Yoga 
We put on these sessions every other Wednesday 6:45pm - 7:30pm

Dance fitness
We put these on every Saturday 9am - 9:45am

Kids Fitness
This class is for kids aged between 5 - 11 and 12 - 16. They will learn about fitness in a fun way

Adults membership includes:

Exercise 
 Each week you have the options to book up to 5 sessions a week and they include all our classes (Including, dance and yoga). Each week, we have a new challenge to help you focus on different fitness attributes and we help people go from a low level of fitness to a very high level of fitness.

Nutrition 
We have multiple nutrition plans to help you hit a healthy weight and to live a healthy lifestyle. 

Mindset
Your mind is a muscle and the more you train it, the stronger it becomes. We have multiple mindset activities to help boost your motivating, strengthen your will power and help you become more consistent and to remain on track. 

Weight loss program 
We have been developing a weight loss program since 2014 and you will have full access to our weight loss program that will help you go from an unhealthy weight and to a healthy weight.

Kids and teens membership includes:

Exercise 
 Each week you have the opportunity to book up to 2 sessions a week.

5 - 11 year old class days and times 
Tuesday and Friday starting at 4pm - 4:45pm

12 - 16 year old class days and times 
Monday and Thursday starting at 4pm - 4:45pm
